Beach Pass Update:  GREAT NEWS!!!  June 17, 2026:  The volunteers who are handling the member beach passes have told us that they are expected to be in your mailboxes by this coming Friday. Please be on the look out for them.

Community:  Many of you have expressed an interest in getting to know our neighbors.  Please share ideas, possible dates you'd like to see, etc.  Some folks have suggested a block party.
